On December 22, 2021, in celebration of the holiday season, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Toronto centre donated 21 ful bags and boxes of non-perishable food items to help those in need. The donation was delivered, just north of Toronto in the city of Vaughan, to The Food Bank of York, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing food insecurity and hunger in the region. Furthermore, informative flyers on M.T.O. Tamarkoz® free guided meditation sessions were provided to the staff to help them reduce stress and better cope with the current COVID-19 pandemic stress.
